TRANSIT-400MPD

The eTec Minit-Charger™ TRANSIT-400MPD fast charger is ideal for demanding electric Transit Fleet applications. The TRANSIT-400MPD is a multi-port distributed fast charge system (Up to 8 ports) with a maximum output of 400Amps per port limited to 33kW total output power (Optional 150kW available).

The TRANSIT-400MPD will automatically identify multiple voltages (36V to 350V) and different battery chemistries including flooded lead-acid, sealed valve regulated lead-acid (VRLA) and Nickel Cadmium.

The TRANSIT-400MPD charges one electric transit vehicle at time, automatically sequencing through each vehicle connected to the charge system.

The TRANSIT-400MPD charger comes complete in an environmental temperature controlled enclosure for easy installation and long life.

The TRANSIT-400MPD utilizes the patented eTec SuperCharge™ algorithm that performs precise charge control to maximize battery life and minimize charge times. Because the charge rate never exceeds the charge acceptance curve of the battery, temperature rise is minimal during charge allowing multiple charge cycles per day.
