The eTec Minit-Charger™ TRANSIT-400MP fast charger is a completely integrated system that
is ideal for demanding electric Transit Fleet applications. The TRANSIT-400MP is a four-port fast
charge system with a maximum output of 400Amps per port limited to 33kW total output power (Optional
150kW available). The TRANSIT-400MP will automatically identify multiple voltages (36V to 350V) and
different battery chemistries including flooded lead-acid, sealed valve regulated lead-acid (VRLA)
and Nickel Cadmium.
The TRANSIT-400MP charges one electric transit vehicle at time, automatically sequencing through each
vehicle connected to the charge system. The TRANSIT-400MP charger comes complete in an environmental
temperature controlled enclosure for easy installation and long life. Optional cable management and
break-away system safeguard the vehicles, charge cable and charger from potential damage.

The TRANSIT-400MP utilizes the patented eTec SMinit-Charger™ algorithm that performs precise charge control to maximize battery life and minimize charge times. Because the charge rate never exceeds the charge acceptance curve of the battery, temperature rise is minimal during charge allowing multiple charge cycles per day.
