The eTec Minit-Charger™ TRANSIT-200SP is provided with a two year parts warranty. In the first two years of operation, eTec will replace or repair - at no cost to the customer - any defective parts returned to eTec with a Returned Material Authorization. All eTec Minit-Charger™ charging system customers have access to the 24-hour eTec Service HOTLINE. This line is staffed by an eTec technician who can help troubleshoot system problems, authorize warranty repair, or arrange for on-site service.
