GSE-400SP - Warranty

The Minit-Charger GSE-400SP is provided with a two year parts and one year on-site labor warranty. In the first year of operation, ECOtality North America service technicians will repair or replace any defective component at the customer's site with no charge to the customer. In the second year of operation, ECOtality North America will replace or repair, at no cost to the customer, any defective parts returned to ECOtality North America with a Returned Material Authorization. All Minit-Charger charging system customers have access to the 24-hour Service HOTLINE. This line is staffed by an ECOtality North America technician who can help to troubleshoot system problems, can authorize warranty repair, or can arrange for on-site service.
