Current Compensated Discharge Limiter For NEVs (DL-N-1)
eTec's Current Compensated Discharge Limiter protects your sealed battery from damaging over-discharge. Typical over-discharge schemes built into vehicle controllers only look at voltage and don't take into account discharge current. This results in either terminating operation too soon, reducing vehicle usefulness, or too late, causing destructive effects to the battery. In order to maximize the operational time of your vehicle and extend battery life, the eTec DL-N-1 is an essential piece of your overall system.
Features of the DL-N-1:
- Plug and play interface with GE controller
- As the battery pack approaches the end of useful capacity, the DL-N-1 gradually and accurately reduces available power, giving positive feedback to the operator
